You will receive your loyalty card and booklet when you join and renew your membership.
Terms & Conditions
- Terms and conditions apply to individual stores, you will receive a booklet with your loyalty card which will give details of each offer. If you need further information on offers and terms & conditions please contact individual stores.
- Discounts are for members only when you join or renew your membership with Source Health & Fitness.
- Loyalty cards are only valid for the period of your membership. You will receive a new loyalty card each time you renew your membership.
- Please show your loyalty card to the participating stores to avail of your discounts. Stores may also require you produce your membership card with the loyalty card to avail of offers.
- Lost or stolen cards can not be replaced
