Nine months of nurturing for you and your baby…. A time to celebrate the wonders of nature. We have carefully selected a range of treatments for you to safely enjoy during each stage of your pregnancy.

First Three Months
A time for you to relax and give yourself time to nurture the new baby that grows inside you. We recommend you avoid any body treatments and just enjoy the essentials such as Waxing, Eyes, Manicures, Pedicures etc.

The Fourth- Seventh Month
Time to feel relaxed and refreshed. Now you can begin to spoil yourself a little. You could undertake most treatments but we would highly recommend the following;

The Eighth- Ninth Month
We would recommend shorter type treatment as you may not feel too comfortable to be in any particular position for a prolonged period of time. Our recommendations include the following;
Mini Facial, Soothing Lower Leg & Foot Message, Sole Revive Pedicure or Magic Manicure!

Now is a vital time for you to ensure you take some time out to pamper yourself. It is important both for your recovery, relaxation and all round well being. For the first six weeks following the birth of your baby we recommend you consult with your GP before having any treatments.
